RAIN Films will be a Eugene Community Trust media project.

The Eugene Community Trust will take over RAIN Magazine & RAIN Films in 2003.

The Trust will be responsible for the following film projects, in partnership with various parties:

• Berlin Carsharing
• Timeless Way
• Cast Glass
